Is there anyway to change the controls for movement to left click?

P.S If you're wondering why its because i play a lot of league of legends and its off putting changing what's become muscle memory.

If you're saying is making your Left Click to make your character run or move then I think it's impossible with the game itself but changing it in your Mouse's configuration, it will do the thing you wanted ..
