I dunno if he's more or less 45 coupons in Konoha Outlet but i'm also not sure if he's a regular item in that Event unlike Killer Bee that has been there for around 2 to 3 months already .. For the guy who's asking about Anbu Itachi, if you really need him, as in ASAP need him then buying him for 2k coupons will be worth it, as long as he's the only missing piece in your team .. But if you only plan to recruit him and transform into him, or just for collection then better to wait for other events that may give him as one of the redeemables that you can redeem using Free Points ..
