You forgot that people will also get bored and quit if they play creative but weak teams. And if you create a well balanced team people will be quick to copy it anyway. It is sad, but this is how this kind of games are.
This is why the best phase of the game is mid game when people have some ninja from treasures, but maybe not a full meta lineup. And you c*so actually win with improvised teams because not everybody owns a shisui or a minato.
Maybe in the future when we have more ninja and breakthroughs we'll see more creative teams. Oh wait... half the community are already putting together their kakuzos and edo deidaras

Im halfway in getting kakuzu and angel konan. Youre right here buddy. Already piece deidara and have extra frag to SB him. And i will be playing lot of kakuZus in the future. The thing here is whatever creative your lineup is, when your facing the likes of angel konan and your using lets say creative but easy to get ninjas and already free in the game like Tayuya variant then I bet you will still be wrecked. Thats why lot of people tends to copy lineups. When kakuzu has SB in the future, the game will release its “anti” in a long period of time and only few lineups can defeat it unless you pay lots of money to get madara 5 kage, edo itachi, sasuke sasunoo and others which EN server most players wont spend a bit money. And kakuzu users will enjoy the 6 months duration of wrecking somebody without the same lineup.
