It was in one of the events that you do dailies (or sweep plots) to get points and redeem. Hence, I am planning to start collecting his frags. LOL! p.s. No way I can get him in Balloon. It was last seen on Mission General Mobilization for 105 points per Pack .. I was able to get 10 packs that time since i really want to get Kakuzu, and pair him with Angel Konan .. Now i redeemed only 3 kakuzu frags and the excess points went to power-up items ..

It is the pack that is bugged after the maintenance and only shows "?" image with description "null", then emergency maintenance takes place for another couple of minutes and got fixed ..

Hi! They have appeared quite a few times in events. The "Explosive Heart Packs" will potentially be rotated back in future events as it is fairly popular. I will send the feedback that players are still looking to obtain those packs though =]
