Hey guys!
I will showcase Yugito a bit and talk my opinion about her then we'll jump into lineups!
So this is the transform, nice looking tail 
Her growth rates at Red +6 awakening
Pretty nice growth rates, you'd want either +ninjutsu mood if you want more damage or +hp mood if you want her to be more tanky
Her 1st part of mystery cost 20 chakra, but 2nd part costs 40 chakra.
So talking about her, personally I feel she is best used in GNW/Bond Arena if you plan on using her as pos1 ninja, especially due to the fact that her mystery will hit 12 units on round 2.
But she can be used also in normal teams, she could function similar to Han removing enemy buffs making it easier to survive and then using Water Main to do a lot damage thru poison tai and chases. It is very easy to trigger chases such as Roshis while using her.
She is best used with other jinchurikis such as Roshi and Utakata, and mostly in ninjutsu heavy teams.
Also I do not feel she can work good with either Wind nor Lightning Main due to them having all removable buff passives so it's a waste
Note: all these teams below can be beaten easily (depends on power ofc) with un-removable buff enemy team (such as Madara blitz, God Angel Konan chakra team)
1. Fire Main "poison and ignite 'em"
So with this team you can remove buffs such as flower guard and root easily and immobilize someone also, has a lot of poison chases in the combo + an ignite chase which does a lot of damage as long as the enemy doesn't remove it.
2. Fire Main "it's all about the chakra buff"
With some luck you could have 100 chakra for round 2 with this team which buffs Konan nicely, together with Ninjutsu urge giving her a chance to heal with her mystery by a big amount also.
3. Earth Main "the kurama naruto team"
Using the Earth Main shield buff here, it's dependent on whether you c*e the Chakra Wall mystery on your front line, overall very easy to trigger chases which can deal nice damage and the Yugito chakra passive helps a lot as you could use all 3 mystery in round 2 thanks to that + chakra wall.
4. Water Main "poison and ignite to death"
5. Water Main "even more poison"
6. Water Main "Immunity ain't got nothing on me"
So breaking down immunity and giving heavy poisons is nothing new for Water Main + Kushina, with Yugito you c*so remove enemy buffs easily in round 1 to make them deal much less damage to you
since there was no wind option, i thought to add this one.
talents: 22444 (more endurance) or 22442 (more damage in early rounds), summon: serpent, mystery summon: monkey king of ninja dog shiba.
the idea is that danzo more or less is immortal here, unless heavy ignition. Main is the main damage dealer and kushina is there for versatility, since is not mandatory, kushina may be replaced by jigokudo or kabuto snake cloak if queen momentum is not used.
