First, the older clothes Wild West, Ceremonial Kimono and Summer Youth Sai are in a pack called Clothing Optional Pack that can only be seen in Treasure of Sage Event, the price of it depends on the percentage of discount, 30% = 2600, 20% = 3000, 10% = 3400? (notsure) .. Anbu and Go! Fukurokumaru Cloth is best to get at Konoha Outlets Event at 70cps per fragment .. Speed of Light is only obtainable from the Time Limited Ninja Recruitment Event and this weeks is the 2nd time it appeared since its release, it is priced between 4500 to 4750cps .. Hot-Blooded Sports Cloth only appeared once last Lucky Board and the cost of it is between 4000 to 4400cps and probably will show up in next month's Lucky Board again .. Yes! Master!, Exquisite Silk and Summer Break Clothing only appear randomly in events nowadays, if you can wait, you can get the whole set for free but if not, better buy it when it comes available (Last time Summer Break appeared in events was last Lucky Board, 2 months ago and now it is in Konoha Outlets 7/17 for 90cps per fragment), and the prices for the said clothing depends on the event but all of them are above 4k cps (Summer Break's set cost 4500 now in Konoha Outlet) .. They sometimes appear in RNG based point system redemption and sometimes straight coupons spending ..

That's what happened to me when i saw Watermain in Hot-Blooded Sport Clothing .. Got it at first day, or technically at 2nd day since my coupon is not enough to buy the whole set (only got 47 frags) and makes me wait till the next day to buy the last 3 frags of it xD ..

And today, after waiting for so long, took me months (i have no idea how many months by getting free frags but this last 2 months, i bought around 20 frags of it from Lucky Board) and now i finally synthesized it (i really stayed awake just to wait for the server refresh and buy it from Konoha Outlets xD) .. My Summer Break Cloth ..

Now, need to wait for Treasure of Sage and get Ceremonial Kimono and another 3 weeks for last 10 frags of Speed of Light .. And my Clothing Collection is complete .. (Except for the Space-Time Cloths and my expired xGNW Cloth) ..
