1 charm pack costs in the shop 125 coupons, so, we have to take for granted that oasis consider worth 1 treasure tool blue essence 85 coupons and 1 myoboku grasp 32 coupons.
I would like to understand why they consider them worth those prices, because, honestly speaking, i don't see why myoboku grasps should cost 3 times myoboku gifts when they give the same exact outcome of them in power terms and i don't understand neither why they consider 1 blue essence worth 85 coupons when, by drawing by 10 twice in ability treasure we get 3 purple essence (is one of the sure rewards for drawing by 10, with a 50% chance to appear) and also 20 redeem points, so, for 2000 coupons, the game grants us 5.5 purple essences that are 55 blue essences, this means 1 blue essence can't be considered never worth more than 35-40 coupons.
Please, oasis, cease to try to make fun of us with overexaggerated prices.
These are pretty much just complimentary events for spending ingots I think. Since you get shurikens for every 10 you spend. And there isn't a daily limit on how many you can get. So it's like a free gift. F2P people get free stuff from it do just by doing dailies that gives them free shuriken. This isn't really a good even to just purely spend into by buying the shurikens. Unless you are using it to boost another event at the same time like Fukurokumaru Deals.

So in short, you're saying that this event is kinda like a Rebate Event for spending ingots .. Well then it's sad that they give too much good stuffs to P2Ws while F2Ps are being left behind with dust (removing Ninja Fragments in Fukurokumaru's Deal is a real bad decision) ..

yes, but this doesn't change the fact that blue essences value for oasis, when they show them in events, is way way too high for how they actually worth are considering the very basic ways to get them (ability treasure rolls, cave plundering and cave key rebate).
Look at the values in this specific event.
Charm packs are at 125 coupons in the shop.
If we take this as the basic trade off for 60 baloon points (so this event can actually be considered a 20% discount if you want to buy something that is there because for 600 ingots you get back something worth 125 ingots), then naruto ninetails chakra fragments are worth, for oasis, 725 coupons and this makes sense because in every event his fragments appeared they costed 700-800 coupons/ingots.
Kakuzu earth grudge is at 270 coupons per fragment and also this price make sense with other events where he was sold at 230-280 coupons per fragment.
Edo Roshi is at 208 coupons per fragment and also this price is fully in accord with lucky stars where he was at 200 coupons per fragment.
So we have to take for granted that oasis considers myoboku grasps worth around 30 coupons each one and treasure tool blue essence worth around 85 coupons each one and this is the whole point of this thread.
Not how much they cost in this specific event.
Maybe, they don't want every jack and Jill maxing their treasure tools when they can make money off it?

Yeah, pretty much. At least that's how I view the event. Since you can only get 11 shuriken a day normally for free. It's pretty similar to any spend ingot rebate event (such as the spend ingot slot wheel), except at least non-spenders can maybe few a few things for free. Which is slightly better than not being able to get anything. But still not that great.

If you look at it like a bonus event for spending ingot then it's fine. Esp since it stacked with Fuku Deals this week, or the froggy, or the daily recharge if you used those after. But if you were going just after that by buying shurikens, then I agree, it's a bad deal. The only thing I do with it, is to buy enough to use up all my points.
The events this week stacked in a way that was good for P2W players, but yeah a F2P person might only get like 4 frags of Roshi or 3 Kakuzu frags from the event.
Balloons in general have never been that great of an even for F2P guys.
