It depends on what ninjas do you already have now .. If you have ninjas that can support Roshi, then maybe you can consider getting him now .. But if you have nothing, then go for Ay 3rd for now, going for Land of Lightning Treasure ensures you to have a complete team (Getting Samui and Omoi while going for Ay 3rd) ..

If you're watermain and have sakura sailor then you're good to go for Roshi .. Then maybe draw10 in GNW treasure to get Fukugi or if you have Han, use him with the team .. Lightning Tiger summon and you'll be fine ..

TBH I have both and I am still using Roshi from Day 1 to this day none stop.

Whether in RB, War, PvP, for Ay3rd. I rarely use him.

HIs utilities and flexibility provide more than Ay3rd in my opinion.

Let's say he goes to every mains, meanwhile Ay3rd is limited.

If you plan to get angel god konan and kisame samehada then ay 3rd is a very solid filler if you do not own hokage minato, if you plan to get kurama naruto then roshi is better. Those are long term goals, of course, in the immediate ay 3rd gives you a team to run with azure fang or crimson fist by himself, while roshi requires, to work, at least one 30 combo starter or an immortal team.

Not about Level but more about power and state of your server. If ur server is relatively new, ay 3rd is a really good team to jump ahead with. I only found my roshi team surviving well against blitz after around 100-110k power. And for roshi fugaku, I would rather use ay 3rd team if ur gonna use roshi for that team.

He has Fuguki and Sailor. So I recommended Roshi for now.

Those should be easy to compete in many areas (and 30 hits), only if he has decent power at 80~.

That team works if you run earth main and if you own a good global endurance, so an average of 13k+ def/res, 20%+ elemental resistances and high average spreaded injury.
