Otherwise all those move 1 overstackers in matsuri would land close to no damage to me, while, instead, i should land higher damage than them on them, but does not happen. I am a 150k that goes for immortal and endurance teams so my stats are well spreaded except for a little advantage of move 1 granted by better refinements and initiative. If i had to meet a 140k there with a 60k move 1 outside matsuri in matsrui his damge on me should be the same a 110k with a 35k move 1 would land on me outside matsuri but is not so.

And no, the treasure tools are not sufficient to explain the difference since i have 4 ropes with all level 10s, so, even a rope with all leve 17 would barely cover the advantage i generally have in move 2-3-4 refinements.
