Hi! Terribly sorry for any confusion, this has been asked and answered here.
After confirming with my team, the equipment for each ninja in your lineup is the average stats for all your equipment. The only thing that is not an average is your Treasure Tools. So your total amount of initiative and how you beset your Treasure Tools will have the greatest affect on Fighting Matsuri.

Thank you for your answer.
So I assume that the only way to find out actual battle power of each ninja is to go with cursor over ninja icons on the left side right? Because when I check power by going with my cursor over the ninja in formation, it shows the same power as I have outside of Matsuri with the same team and same ninja.
For example, let's say that my first position ninja has 50000 power in normal gameplay. When I go into Matsuri event and check the battle power of that ninja in formation, then I will see 50000. On the other hand, when I check battle power in the interface on the left, then I'll see something like 40000 for example (since my 1st position is stacked, average value is lower). So the actual power is the lower number you say.
Maybe it would be just fine to fix this since the fact that it shows 2 different powers for each ninja is very confusing.
Hi! So you are definitely correct that you would see a power difference between your Fighting Matsuri team and your regular team. The reason why is the calculation behind Normal battle, Sage World, Space time, and GNW in comparison to say Fighting Matsuri and Arena. For example, while Normal battle, Sage World, Space Time, and GNW takes your specifically tailored initiative into battle; Fighting Matsuri and Arena takes a percentage of your total initiative (Total initiative divided by the ninja in lineup [4]).
One of the reasons I believe this is implemented is to allow for differences in fighting abilities. While there are many players who focus solely on stacking one position, doing so is costly. So it works out to some player's favor to have a total initiative higher than a player who technically has a lower total initiative, but one stacked position (since stacking one position gets more costly as you get higher, compared to evenly distributing the power/stats).
Could you by chance elaborate a little bit on the confusion? A screenshot would be really helpful =]
