Will we get new talents with v5.0 ?
Now, don't take my word for it, but I think so. From what I know, Earth Main's Guidance passive will be changed to something akin to Flower Guard, but for males. And Water Main would get a Substitution Passive, not sure which one gets replaced though.
But like I said, don't take my word for it. I'm just telling you what I know.
azure fang main changes are substitution jutsu in the place of reserve seal that grants a 40% chance to avoid mystery/standard attack up to twice per round (same annyoing passive the healers in brothers farewell own) and shark bomb gets the stealing chakra feature too (so becomes exactly like normal kisame shark bomb).
anyways my guess is that will be announced next week for anniversary event and will be introduced in august.

There are changes already published on the German forum. I do not know the names of the abilities in English and neither is there information about which abilities get replaced by the new ones, but here are the translations:
Water Main:
Poison mystery cooldown 3->2. Sharkbomb loses crit buff, but instead depletes the enemy's chakra. The cooldown reduction passive additionally increases crit by 5%. The last passive gets replaced by a 40% chance to dodge 2 attacks per round.
Blitz Main:
Chidori Blade damage is increased by 50% if the enemy has no chakra. Iaido costs no chakra and has no cooldown if you have 70 or more chakra. Heart flux additionally increases crit by 1% per chakra point after 20 chakra.
Wind Main:
Hurricane mystery's cooldown gets decreased by 1 if you have at least two clones.
Fire Main:
Sealing jutsu ignores immunity and gets its cooldown decreased by 1 if the clone is alive. Secret of the Red Lotus last for 5 rounds now (instead of 3). Clone Jutsu lets you dodge one mystery per round with a high chance (I do not know what is written there, it's either the clone or the main himself, I assume the main). The chakra+life recovery passive has a 40% chance to restore 40 chakra instead of 20. The tagging passive gets replaced (I assume) by a passive which decreases the ninjutsu of 3 ninjas by 8% before the first action every round. Unparalleled gets replaced (I assume) by a passive which removes all debuffs and increases your ninjutsu by 20% before the first action every round.
Earth Main:
Interruption mystery's cooldown is decreased by one if you have a shield. Then the passive where you immobilize someone if you have a shield additionally steals 20 chakra. Lastly Guidance is replaced by a male-version of Flower Guard.

LOL! You don't need that many skills to be annoying.
Just mirror and shields are enough.
Yeah but imagine scarlet has dodge, has mirror and has shield. Paired with masked man , jonin minato and shisui. All dodge cant be debuff. After dodge then reflect debuff. If so many debuff then has shield mystery. Also enemy team cant touch anyone in your team in round 2 mystery even he is way faster.
