I noticed that to upgrade from jonin+1 its giving you a +1 kage. Now most people would think that this would be awesome, but I refuse to do so, because If I upgrade it, I lose out on 1 tier of resistance boost. Please look into this, thanks!

It doesn't give you "Kage bond +1" but only "Kage bond". It is visual bug. More like typo because"+1" shouldn't be there.
