You can exchange points for a purple quick rune and also in some events like 20k spending etc...

For yellow it has only appeared twice in 30k ingots events.

Red didn't show yet and gonna be in ingot event only I assume.

As far as I know the yellow and red quick are ingots only events in CN.

You should be able to. If you kept spending coins then you should get it eventually.

Quick is not in the random rune pool at all. You cannot get any quick runes from them.

You are mistaken. You can buy Yellow Quick Rune on CN from 8 Gates shop for 80k.

.Well, here on EN server, the only Quick Rune you can redeem from Exchange Shop is the Purple Quick Rune .. Yellow Quick Rune is only obtainable from the Recharge Rebate Event at the Max Rebate .. Red is not yet available in EN as far as i know and i only saw that Red Quick Rune on one of the videos of Memo, where he got an Optional Pack that contains Breakthrough Pill and Red Quick Rune, he got it for recharging 100k ingots ..

But why they can't put a Yellow Quick rune on EN Server?

I'm still waiting for the Yellow Quick Rune in Exchange points shop..

Possibly because of the Worth of the items .. Big Spenders will keep spending till they get 4 pcs of it and that means income .. Or in nicest way, it is one of the pros of being a p2w .. simple as that ..

The gold quick tune should be redeemable when they update theb8 gates shoo to include red chakra runes. When they will do that though no one knows, it was a feature announced since the beginning of 4.0 (or 3.0 not sure which one).

Pretty sure that was supposed to be a 3.0 update. Still never got it, my theory is that they are milking the red chakra rune packs for all they are worth because once they put reds in the shop they will never sell another one after that.

if you can buy it doesn't mean that necessarily it's in the random roll pull....

Initiative runes both purple and gold are only able to be bought from shop and you can not pull them.

even I'm a F2p i'm sure we can manage to get that in the shop if they put it.. and im sure they announce it about the exchange chakra rune they will update it but still no 3.0?

I never said, that you can pull it. You can't pull ANY Quick Runes.
