  • I would assume it is possible to get the gold or red quick rune but at some extremely low rate, since i don't see how it would makes sense to literally only have those 2 unavailable for draws and so sparsely put up in events... I've only seen gold quick one time in the whole 6 months of the server i'm in, let alone a red.

It was available in one of those Ingot Event or previous 2 Fukuromaru deals at 30k spend.
