Okay, about your first paragraph, Purple Quick Runes is only worth 20,000 Points and not 200,000 .. And about the initiative increase of the Purple Quick at that level, i think it's because the rune is only Purple rank .. I haven't maxed my quick yet and i only have them at lv10 .. Yellow or Red should give more Initiative .. But i have no idea if getting Yellow or Red Quick Rune is possible by just spending coins in Inner Gates Interface since the only place where i saw the Yellow Quick Rune available is at the Recharge or Spending Rebate which is placed on the Max Rebate of the said events ..

And for the second paragraph, we can easily say that higher ranks cannot be consumed by lower ranks, it's just like magatamas and runes .. but of course higher ranks can consume lower rank runes .. And a little advice, lock all your important runes so that, it'll be safe .. Clicking each runes fast when changing it may result to unexpected synthesizing ..

Edit : I just maxed my one Quick Rune and the max level for Purple Quick Rune is Level 11 and it only gives 202, not 220 ..

I would assume it is possible to get the gold or red quick rune but at some extremely low rate, since i don't see how it would makes sense to literally only have those 2 unavailable for draws and so sparsely put up in events... I've only seen gold quick one time in the whole 6 months of the server i'm in, let alone a red.

It was available in one of those Ingot Event or previous 2 Fukuromaru deals at 30k spend.

nah my point was like there should be a greater added attribute because how do you even get a gold quick or red quick? i mean has anyone even pulled them or obtained a red quick :/ n yea whats with the different exp received for combining the stones in a diff order and thnx for correcting me on the initiative increase and the points needed for the rune (i'm bad with numbers)

you can only get quick gold initiative through recharge/spending events.

You can buy yellow quick runes on CN. They cost 80k. So it will be here eventually. There is no Red quick rune in game at all tho.

I haven't seen anyone getting Yellow Quick Runes yet via Eight Inner Gates interface but it is they available for quite some time now thru Recharge/Spending Rebate and that rune is always at the max rebate or second to the last .. While the Red Quick Rune, i'm not sure if we already have it here in our servers but the first time i saw that runes was in Memo's video, where it is one of the rebates for recharging 100k ingots ..
