Sage splits people level first then power. Since your level is less than 70, you are most likely be matched with higher leveled people than you because of the lack of people around your level and power. The gap between power and level of people gets smaller as you go up but eventually, the gap widens at the higher brackets because of whales. But honestly, based on the two fights, your ninjas are better than the people you are fighting and just focus on building power before you level.

If there are not enough low people in your server cluster, then you will just be placed in the lowest SWB for your cluster (cluster, not merged servers).

So if you find yourself in this situation, just get more power and level up. You have a Kushina [Habenero] and a Shisui, you'll still be fine at level 70.

are yo from HK server? i think i saw someone same level as yours..i suggest inrease your power cause the brakcet i am in is 57-79 im level 79 with 77k power i see people there levl 70 and above with just 30k power though guys like bodhi with 100k power are there too alongside other whales who can 1 shot may stacked kushimaru
