Well, that's what I wanna know.
He is blatantly ironical, since you are asking for a team that wins 100% of the times and that team do not exist because there is always a counter team that beat it with 20k less power and without initiative.
That said if you own 100k power advantage on your enemy even the starting team 7 grants you 100% win rate.

Well, I don't need literally 100% WIN team but Strong team that will be enough strong to win in most of battles.

Sadly, there isn't a 100% win rate team you can make :l
You really need a 1 or 2 really good event ninjas though.
