Stuff like general stats and quality of gear would be useful since it would give us a frame beside just ninja to work with. As an example, blitz setups work best at their relative bp when the main damage dealer gear is at a better quality than average.

I think he meant for

1. Blitz : get kushimaru and jinpachi. Cause the old asuma, iruka, darui/danzo blitz aint no good in the current meta.

2. Sage naruto: The classic Naruto and Gaara. Or the variant using fire main, mei, Ao. Mei gives 25% buff to male also close to 40% buff barrier.

Or I suggest getting shisui for team you c*e for a long time , pos1 defintely shisui.
