My question is, if i already have one of the 3 outfits listed like say the western outfit for example will the box still sometimes give me fragments for that outfit or will it only give me fragments for the outfits i have not completed yet? Reply

I think you chose which outfit you want. It won't give you all three.

Yupz! Those are optional boxes and the description should say, "You can select one of the following rewards:". Which means that you can select one of the rewards in the box/pack. The only time it is random is if the box says, "random". If the box/pack gives everything shown in the pack, it should say "fixed drop".
