So I just tried this like I usually do, but I think the matchmaking has gotten worse recently or something. I got the same team of two 170ks 10 times in a row. What the hell? Do you want no one expect super whales to participate in this event? It honestly makes me want to quit.

Fix the matchmaking so it's impossible to find the same opponent twice in a row within a space of 5-10minutes, or, add a retreat *on in this event regardless of power, so the strong people screwing over the weaker teams repeatedly can retreat out of pity if they want to.

I know you don't care about your matchmaking since it's horrible in literally every single event, but come on, this event is dead unless you have over 150k power thanks to Edo Hiruzen and Angel Konan.

This will be ignored, but please know, I stopped spending in this game thanks to crap like this and many more have or will continue to do so until you fix it and actually make it worthwhile to recharge even if you can't afford or don't want to put thousands into the game.

Honestly I agree with u and being a player at 66k with Edo Hiruzen its frusterating when my pos1 Hiruzen is cc by a pos 3 LM or something akin to that and when I fight weaker powers I just feel bad several times I stop spending because of either *ty rng or overpriced events

Lately they are trying to make matsuri comparable to bonds in a sort of championship of the horribleness

Don't stress yourself too much over Bond.

The prizes ain't that great, well they're still useful.

It's an event merely to ask for real power fights.

Either you get 1 shot or them.

totally right... Too bad we gotta do this in order to get some extra charms or else i would've stopped... Every time i go to that event i end up getting mad and even sometimes insult people -.- Last time i did this i faced 3000€ worth of edo hiruzens... Which is only 5 edo hiruzens (600€x5) And other times it's just overpowered people, which i can understand since we can get people from all the servers but come on... I don't get it how can you allow this stuff to happen... How about the newer servers? How can they defend themselves against people from servers 100-? These people can't enjoy the event because of this... There should be a way to only match people with similar power... Even though some guys just take some random guy with low power in order to battle weaker people lol... I guess there will always be the exploiters no matter what measures you take... but idk if you can come up with something please do it cause it has gotten to a ridiculous point...

what should change there, more than the matching system, is the reward system.

It doesn't do anything to induce low level/powers in joining the fights and that's the reason why the feature is horrible, because all of them simply quitted doing it after the first week of tries and what is left are people at a power comparable or higher than mine, overall all people that know how to play.

What's the point of playing that feature if even getting 1 kill per fight is extremely hard?

What's the point of playing that feature if is basically impossible to get 1 win?

(i'm talking from the p.o.w. of the low powers).

To give a revolution to that feature would be enough to give rewards based on total damage landed on the enemy instead of on killed ninjas and to grant two consolation rewards for the first two lost fights.

Add those two things and also low powers/players would join the feature even if they know they can be nuked.

I think a lot of it also has to do with time as well. As a high power player, when I go into it at like 10-12pm, I get so many lower power guys. A few high power guys here and there but mostly low. And most of the time I can't even retreat to try and help them some. So we usually end up facing them over and over because no one else is on and the queuing has gone on for couple minutes.

I think if you try to do it earlier, there might be a better mix as I know most of the higher power players jump on early.

So unless they change the way queuing works for wait times, I doubt this problem will ever go away.

yes, of course. But once the meet you 3 times in a row for 5 days in a row 90% of them quits the feature. So the point is that 6 days after you continue to be there and them no.

I'm at 218k power on my main team and i don't like the system either, it's getting harder and harder to find people to kill, at this rate the event will require abusing alts soon.

There is a lot of little things that can be done to make the system better for everyone.

A) Reduce the total amount of kills required to finish with all rewards, currently you need 10+20+40+70=140 kills to finish which means i have to beat 18 teams before I'm done, if that was reduced to 10+20+30+40=100 then it would only be 13 teams I need to kill, so 5 less teams fight me a day and can now fight people closer to their power, also it gives incentives for the noobs to play more and not just get 2 daily wins.

B) If a team doesn't retreat but loses give them a point for the effort, Again noobs will be able to get more points and this will make it more worth trying, one point isn't much but it adds up.

C) Reduce the window for people to join, a smaller window means more people on at any point in time so more people to fight so less chance to fight the same team for all of my wins which means they will be less likely to give up and quit the event.

D) Increase the rewards given, make it 4 charms, 4 keys, reduce the chance for maps and stamina pots, add tactic pages ect. Make the event more appealing to do

Is it just me that remembers being able to retreat? I'm certain when it first opened on my server we could retreat, then that option just disappeared....

It seems to appear more or less randomly when you fight a lot stronger teams or when the fight drags out to late rounds. Pretty much every 10-80k team I face always can instantly retreat. Same thing goes for me when I encounter 200k opponent.

Tbh Im farming 2 more gengetsu frags to upgrade the stars and im done with that event too, unless I need a stamina potion for some reason. On a sidenote those frags add up, ever since implementation I've got over 60 combined frags of roshi, gengetsu and han, which is quite nice for freebies.

My friend, if ure doing 18 wins, then ure big part of problem of that event ;)

Those prizes should be redused to idk..maybe "5" wins, so owerpowered ppl wouldnt camp in there for so much time.

Is based on the difference in power between the two strongest players of the two teams. The same the matching system goes with it.

The main problem is what garv and partially shadowblaze pointed out: the rewards.

If you do not get rewards for the simple fact you take part in it in some way there is literally no reason for low powers to join the feature after they tried it for 4-5 times.

And if there are no low powers there are also no medium powers able to stomp on them that can be easily beaten by people like me. Is not possible that unless you are a whale or friend of a whale even if you are at 140-150k power like me you are compelled to do 6-7 battles just to get the very first reward (10kills + 1 win).

Personally speaking i was compelled to quit the feature because i used to go in with a friend that now is at 125k power and after we both hit kage rank we faced for one whole week only people stronger than we were by far.

He quitted the feature, compelling me to do it too, after that for 1 whole hour we were not able to get neither the 1st win reward and after took literally 20 minutes to get the 10th kill because even if we asked to let us get the single ninja kill most of the whales we faced behaved like if they did not care for others and most of the times they did not even reply.

And if this is the experience of a duo that at that time was 115k + 100k, how do you think the environment is for somebody at 40, 60 or even 80k?

yeah the reward in this event is not really worth the time and effort people put in it. The items are still helpful but man.

not always, i have seen people with more power, both players and us not seeing the retreat *on, i think the rank the persons are count aswell.
