I just wanna know when servers open.For example what time?: if its from week to week ,day to day;what hour? Ooor if its just when they can open one?

Hi! There is no actual schedule of when new servers gets opened, but they do announce it around the time it is opened. You can find announcements regarding new servers in the News section found here.
