So I checked on two of mains that participated in this event and only one has received the 1,000 coupons rewards. I didn't see anything regarding multiple characters on different servers not all qualifying for rewards if they sent the minimum 200 flowers. Are the distributions still in process? If so, when will they be completed? If you can't give an exact then an ETA would be great.

Tobei, I see you're mainly responding to these threads asking about the rewards. The last time I saw you respond was on Monday June 11th and it's the end of the week, Saturday June 16th. Would you mind providing an update? Also, instead of constantly opening threads how could we get customer service assistance in-game? I only see Login Problems, Recharge Problems, BUG, Suggestions and Other and Report as categories I can choose. I don't want to keep creating threads or having to hunt down other threads just to get an update.
