1) Ninja Tool essences

Add some ways to get them during daily activity and events.

They are the only comparable items to the old BF tools and if you do not plan to implement soon Kage TI imho you should add some ways to get a decent amount of them.

For example why not showing more often that Kushina temporary TI where they are common secondary drops together with gold natures?

Or maybe you could add a monthly reset of the top 30-60 areas of Ultimate Training.

2) Ability Treasure Scrolls

It's a while now this new treasure is implemented, doesn't make much sense at this point they do not appear as often as seal scrolls during daily common activity considering they are less expensive coupons wise than seal scrolls and that we get twice as much as them as free rolls (1 per day vs 1 every two days).

Make them common drops for wanteds (make their drop chance comparable with treasure maps) and for ninja test (give a 30% chance to drop 1 if you get perfect score and 10% if you get 7-9 right choices), so that people go back doing those daily activities even if they give exp, and make them redeemable in monthly event for 105 points (a price in the middle between seal and summon scrolls).

Makes no sense they almost do not exist in the game.
