As far as i know, don't know if it is accurate but the pull rate for a Rare ninja is between 40 to 70 pulls .. That rate is applicable to all treasures .. The 10+ pulls is for the Common ones ..

The question is did you see it right. you could have gotten it in a free draw or something and passed over it. plus some rares don't really feel like it so you might have but didn't know he was the rare

Good point you got there bro .. For you to check whether the ninja you pulled is a rare or not, you can click the *on with "!" mark above each treasure (check image below) ..

Blue Colored Ninjas are the Common Ninjas (Pulling this ninjas doesn't give Announcements)

Purple Colored Ninjas are the Rare (Pulling this ninjas gives Announcements - the one that scrolls above with message "congratulations 123456, while pulling in Kage Treasure, you got Super Duper Awesome Ninja Boi)

Yellow/Gold Colored Ninjas are the Super Rares (Also gives announcements)

Red Colored Ninjas are the Ultra Rare (dunno what others call them but for me, its Ultra), this ninjas only comes in Fragments and not as a whole ninja and it doesn't give announcements ..
