Did the treasure pulls for rare changed at some point?ffrom what i saw is at least 10+ scroll for a rare,i used 75 scroll for a rare on kage,atm on light treasure even after 60 still 0 rare,i tried on other sv i also have acount and same for treasures for a rare need 10+ more then usual,last year..kinda late but wanted to ask
