A requirement to go in x-server gnw is to be within the top 8 powers among the winners in your bracket, so, to avoid going in x-server gnw you can simply kick enough inactives to go under the total power of the current 9th winner in your bracket (if you have just 7 actives should not be that hard...)

example:

this is the situation in my bracket. The reason why 298-rinnegan (last winner of my server gnw), as much as 206-akatsuki and 172-legends do not go in x-server gnw even if they won their intra-server gnw is because they own a total global power lower than 182-outsiders that is the 8th strongest among the winners of the normal gnw.

but if next time 182-outsiders kick 500k power of inactives then they are not anymore the 8th strongest power, but the 9th, and so in x-server gnw goes 206-akatsuki in their place.

yw. ICEx kicks inactives any times he fears he is close to reach 8th place and my group (Uzumaki clan(, since can't beat them, just keep the inactives and stays over 4millions because doesn't change anything for us XD.
