I know Daiske said to take a video etc... but is something that happens so often in the situation i'm going to explain that there's no need to, you just need to try it by yourself to see it.
Every single time a ninja owns an effect that let him reduce the cd of a mystery, unless we are on auto, that mystery gets almost always delayed after the standard attack because the 8utton that should let you trigger it doesn't become available for pushing in time to let you do it and clicking on the relative key on the keyboard beforehand doesn't help, the server doesn't register the action unless the 8utton is enlightened and when it becomes enlighted is too late.
Or you are on auto (and on auto a lot before the whole action began) or it simply does not happen anything when should happen, but most of the times, since when you go on auto the game changes your target, what happens is what you wouldn't want at all it happen and most of the times you hit ninjas you do not want to hit by doing so.
The issue, in particular, happens for ninjas like Kushina Habanero and Fuguki that gets their cd reduced by hits endured, whose delay is granted when hit by long combos, while, instead, for ninjas like Gengetsu, Kurama Naruto, Angel God Konan or every mystery used by Azure fang with experimental ninjutsu (whose cd reduction doesn't depend on other external factors) the time span for actually hitting the key for using the mystery in time to move before the standard attack is simply too short and most of the times regardless the fact you click and click it gets delayed at least after the standard attack, if not furthermore, unless they are the first action that resolves in round 1.
Yep, what does not work is the fact the server sends to the ui the input to enlighten the mystery not as soon as it calculated the effect but after that the animation resolved. For a case like kushina habanero or fuguki the server once the first step of the combo chain started just calculated the effect of the whole chase, so should let you click on the mystery immediately and not after the animation showed you 3-4-5-6 of those chases. There is no reason for it to wait so long. The same happens for the other cases you talkee about. As soon as the server calculated the first standard attack to start (not to resolve)t it should give to the ui the input to enlighten the mystery and eventually negate the effect if the enemy does something that could prevent it, instead, now, waits for everything to resolve and only after is resolved let you click on the but ton.
