water cancer is where he shines the best with wm, Sailor sakura, and hans. another team i've seen people using him in is lighting main, roshi, killer bee, dp hidan. Then there's the earth main team which is kurma naruto, roshi, em, and killer bee. Those seem to be the most popular teams for roshi currently.
