That is if you use sta pots to get the maximum number of keys in a day. based from my epic luck in RNG, 300 sta only gave me 3 keys lmao.

I've noticed its a struggle to get treasure keys now lol barely can get to 10 daily.

every completed wanted mission grants 2 keys.

So you sweep instances to get an odd number of keys (1-3-5) and then you reach 11 by doing 3-4-5 wanteds.
