Go ahead and use your current team. That 1k power difference will hardly make a difference. Unless you are replacing a 5 star ninja for a 2 star, then the only issue would be that the 2 star might be more squishy, but that can easily be fixed with +hp/def on mood, shielding and magatmas.

While power is pretty big at this point in the game for you, but a better kit on a ninja will generally being more useful than just raw power, even more so since at you point making up that deference in power is not that big of a deal, to put it in perspective the current team you have is better off with gnw since you will be able to get off the strong mysteries turn 2 no problem. The only suggestion i can give is switch the clone for chakra gen since your current setup can easily gimp deis potential spider bombs, and with the chakra gen you can get off both Dei bomb and Gaara's on round 2 if everything goes right.

weaker than me and have a chance to win, For example, the Minato team, and Shisui teams , power are not everything

you only need to be faster and have a good team

Good unit synergy can generally beat people with less ideal teams with bp about 15% higher than yours, and if its a hard counter it can be as high as 35%. As a 30k the best you can think about facing is about 45k if they don't counter your setup. On the other hand a lightning blitz team at about 30k could pull a win over your team just do to match up.

Power means everything if you own 40k+ total power over your enemy, otherwise no, the ninjas you run matter, overall ninjas that are event only like edo deidara.
