I heard there's going to be changes regarding Nin and Tai Pen stats, there's even talk about removing them from the game, and i like to know why make the game more casual than it is right now. Can anyone confirm this?
Why should they remove them from the game?
Yeah im asking the same question, i just heard, nothing yet concrete, just rumors thou, even then, are they even allowed to do that, as a publisher, unless tencent gives the permission, which i doubt they will.
Why would this make the game more casual? You interaction with these stats is basically zero, removing them would change nothing in regards to how you play or manage your characters.
it does, if you read it what it does, maybe it does some interaction :)

Yeah but that happens automatically, without any input from the player. And as far as I know, these stats aren't even that useful. You want to get the primary stats and then crit/injury.

automatically? what are u talking about....unless oasis didnt break anything regarding this, these stats actually influence your output damage, and can actually change the outcome of a fight , pvp wise it's 2 stats that arent meant to be "useless"
This has been discussed at length on many occasions, nin/tai pen stats have negligible influence in damage calculations even with large disparities between 2 opponents.
While on paper they have a function, in paractice they have no influence in a fight. This has been tested several times in both our version (pre 4.0) and China.
So removing them will change nothing to the game, except maybe help players that are wasting an 8 Gates slot using nin/tai pen chakra runes.

so they never cared to fix this issue then...i wanna believe it's bugged, rather then "not needed"
Nin tai *ion have a big influence if your enemy has a ton of damage reduction stacked. They counter damage reduction stat effect bonus to def and res. If your target has 3k damage reduction and you own 2500 nin *ion lets say you see a significative increase of your damage in comparison with somebody that owns 0 *ion. If your target has 0 damage reduction you do not see any difference.

it's been proven already...just test for yourself.
As someone who looks at the forums fairly often I have never seen a thread or video showing that tai/nin pen has any quantifiable effect in this game.
If you know of a video or thread which has some conclusive proof please post the li
In the meantime I suggest you don’t use tai/nin pen on 8 Gates or the TI tools. There are much better options,
it's pretty hard to test it because late players have high enough of the 3 stats to actually not see any differences and cannot remove them because they come from passive effects like Myoboku Balance cultivation or Summon cultivation or Group skills.
This is the example of my move 1:
i'm one of those damage reduction overstackers, so you won't see many people with a ton more damage reduction than me and still, even if i never deliberately went for p3netrations, i own them high enough to basically overcome any commonly stacked enemy damage reduction (your usual 130-140k player owns 2000-2200 damage reduction).
If i add two inner gates runes with lets say 800 nin and tai p3netration, unless i meet somebody like me, that 800 p3netration do not give me any effect if what people like Scarlettblue and Xkorpitron said is true, overall because we do not know how actually damage reduction interacts with defense and resistance. Could be, as far as we know, that the 200 damage reduction i would overcome on the common 2200 damage reduction player by adding those runes is actually a quantity of damage lower than the RNG aleatority effect.

So, essentially, no proof because you don't actually see any differences... Gee, thanks for this shell-shocking revelation!
Hi! There are no plans to remove the Nin/Tai P3netration stats.
This topic has been made and discussed many times. The most recent one can be found here.
