HK Server Updates: Change of time

Hk servers seem to get the updates the worst, sometimes not finishing till 6:00pm(18:00) for us.

It's not the best when you only really have time to do activities during the day and are busy at night.

I am not sure how these updates are done but whats the possibility of having them start earlier for HK region so we are not forced to do anything till events are up later at night when every other region gets there updates overnight/early morning.

I understand that you don't want HK to get it too early in the morning as we would get next weeks events when NY region would have last week events still but could you start HK servers earlier and not put the servers up till 10:00 am HK time stead of starting at that time and having late servers wait till 6:00pm(18:00).
