Imho, and is just a suggestion, what oasis lacks is transparency in the sense of a better communication with the player base.

Every time oasis promises something and do not keep the word would be enough to open a thread and explain why they did not do it to avoid a ton of issues.

Every time oasis shows or implements here something that is different in comparison with china would be enough they open a thread and explain why, better if before the players have the time to become aware of the difference, and also in this case a lot of issues would be avoided.

The reason why a lot of people complains about rigged events is simply because oasis do not says beforehand two simple words: the odds of an event to happen and the eventual caps for best rewards to appear throughout the duration of the feature.

So, in simple words, what misses is a better and preventive communication by oasis.
