Is this a Tencent decision or an Oasis decision?

I'm wrong that you guys are being spoiled brats complaining you didn't get something for free? "CUZ CHINA". Please. Unless you've spent anything in the game, you have 0 room to talk. You get to play a game for free. You think something like this is free to run? The thing that people had a right to complain about was the whole flower event fiasco the other week because it was highly misleading and pretty scammy. But when it comes to something like an outfit that isn't free for us when it's announced that it isn't free. I don't see the issue. Different version, run by different people. Not everything is going to be exactly the same. Want the same thing as China? Then go play on the CN servers.

You should note however, that all the clothing boosts in CN are like +25 stat boosts, not anywhere near what we get on the US servers. Hence why they aren't "free" here.

And I'm not either of those people. I have 0 affiliation with Oasis or Tencent.

People like me.... LOL. If you think that complaining about a game is going to change it, then feel free to waste your time. Demanding something for free isn't going to make a difference. It's pretty clear they don't deeply care about the community. If they wanted to change things, we would have seen a ton of difference by now. Either play and have fun and make the best out of it, or don't.

Like u said playing later weren't able to get them yeah thats the main point so they will hestitate to change server and starting new and new player shall slower then older player if they not spend real cash.

New server get a lot as u can see like SA and other event.

i played on s150 already around 1 year and 6-month-old.

So as u should know new server aroudn 600 to above can get free advance thread in their early game when us stating aroudn 6 month ago and here the other thing we got obsolete material like common refinement, medium refinement from many events like lucky bag but there now way for us to get more advanced lv material then the newer server.

i had ever think on suggesting to increase and decrease probability in event-based of server age but as i see on suggestion side not many seen many suggestion post and there seems like useless so i didnt post my idea anymore

do we get the portraits with the new outfits? also will we ever see the battle sprites fixed for the kitty outfit?

Question for you daiske, will we get the extra shop or star system (the system where you can buy certain ninja frags with group/survival/ranked coins depending on the ninjas you already have) in the NA version? By extra shop i mean the one where you can buy power items with the coins you got for doing dailies. I don't remember if the latter was in china when they got this cloth but i know the former was.

my thing on the matter of newer people don't get it for free is that this is something that rewards playing for a long time. Something that's not as much a thing anymore with naruto online. Sure the longer you play the more ninjas you get from free bulls and the like because it adds up but a lot of people spent a looot of money on this over time even p2p that only get medals. And there's not much that says thanks for playing since the beginning, in events at least yeah they do have those messages with a couple mediocre things that people who aren't new find next to useless but that's the problem. I get the whole equality thing, but i also feel that the older and more consistant players deserve at least a tiny bit more than people who play for maybe a month and quit, then come back for a day or two a month later then nothing. But maybe i'm just whining, god knows this community (or at least a majority of it) loves to do that.

I think the costume's stat is following German which is +165 ATK and NIN

CN got it free coz the stat only like +25 (I didn't understand Mandarin so don't know which stats) and I saw they use sth to upgrade the cloth to powering up.

I think its makes sense Oasis sell it than give it, coz the stats also have a big gap.

And I watched a lot of CN YT video, as I can see in CN a lot of paid PPL.

CN released new ninja, a lot of them is going straight to get it (even if it's recharges event)

This is also one of the reason Oasis chose to made a better version and just sell it.

If u can think clearly, this game not run by itself. PPL working there and that's including professional team. They need salary right.

A company won't just run with only a few people. It have a few department.

Do u want working with ur stamina and time just for free?

I am a worker too coz, so I know what's company think the best.

I just don't mind spending a lil in this game for fun.

We have some events that offer a lot of free stuff. Sakura event, time limited ninja recruitment and fishing mania. Good job on bringing back events some of us really wanted back! :)

I'm definitely going to get speed of light clothing at one point because I really enjoy the look.

The new feature isn't what I was waiting for (Y mysteries and silver/gold coin shop update) but it's really nice to have nonetheless.

There's a week long recharge event and double spending event to pair with lucky board and time limited ninja recruitment as potential big spending places, overall synergy is neat.

Very nicely planned week I'd say, good job team.

I waited to see the events first before i comment . I had faith that the frags of the new clothing could be in the Sakura wheel ...anything less than that should be considered an abomination . Not only that never happened , you outdid yourselves by putting the cloth in the time limited key event .

On top of that you introduced the oil control . 5 oils per day if you recharge 6k ingots per day . So * nice...not

I play the game since day 1 . Let me share with you a sales policy that can make everyone happy . When you add a new power function but we have like 20 power up functions in the game , old power up items like cloth threads , old clothings that give less than 1 k power , should be aquired with next to zero cost and effort . Can you do that . Yes . Will you do that ? We know you all too well now .
