That's normal. Interrupt lasts 3 rounds if not cleansed.

Lghtning mains outspeed me while i trying to cast my FIRST rasengan and he cast Chidori Blade first the Rasengan CD is bugged. 0 Rasengan for 5 rounds. Happen sometimes with fire mains too, but i dont know the skill name. (hit with taijutsu and red cross appear)

They probably outspeed you, because they have more initiative (a value in the game which determines 1st movement) or are just positioned on a position before your character e.g. 1st and your character is on 2nd position within your team setup.

As to the rasengan cooldown, it seems as this is intended and normal. I just checked the informations provided within the skill and it says after 2 times use, there will be 4 rounds of cooldown.
So if you channel it and you get interrupted it will count as used, but you're not able to use it a 2nd time as you're in a state of debuff as it is with acupuncture - Lightning character afflicts acupuncture too.

As a small tip which I use often, I can only recommend either using your skill later in the round after they did their skill and if you got acupuncture on you either use a healer which will cleanse it or just wait it out.

i think what most think is a bug is,

skill used - get interupted - wait 4 rounds (CD)
skill used 2nd time - get interupted - wait 4 rounds (CD)

dont use skill - get interupted - wait 1 round (CD)
dont use 2nd time - get interupted - wait 1 round (CD)

then ofc the interupted rounds is depending on who use it (1-3 rounds) but the SKILL CD is what can be realy irritated if you get 4 cd round for 1 round immoblice

and i think the thing that make most look into this skill is that its 2 uses then 4 cd but if you get interupted when you used 1 time it go right into cd for the 4 rounds

Yes, that is correct. You should be able to use it but only if you have enough chakra and not in the same turn but in the next turn.

I will have to test this tho.

I use breeze dancer and when I get hit with iruka's mystery the cooldown goes to 4 even if it's the first time I used it.
