I'd get charms before purification runes and save for charm rebate. In fact, you shouldn't be concerned about getting purification runes at all before you have at least level 6 refines. Mood scrolls you will get passively, so unless you really need them I don't advice you to spend coupons on them. Better wait for great plates where you can get a bunch of them for free.

Not sure how much tactic pages are in sage, but in konoha outlets you can buy 10 for 225 coupons. Try to upgrade your tactics at least to level 4 and focus only on one.

Anbu clothing was in konoha outless for 70 coupons a piece. That is the cheapest it has been. I'd advice to not get it from sage treasure and wait for outlet instead.

For other outfits, it is better to collect their fragments slowly from free events since you are f2p. Buy their fragments only when you have at least 25 from free events. The best event would be missions (you get 12 free fragments). You c*so get clothes from great tree, sakura's gift and lucky board (usually 3-5 free fragments)
