1＃ Go ToThis is the first time i recharge using telcocard method. But it keeps saying "Network delays, please re-pay",but i'm sure that my connection at that time has no problems. Has anyone encountered this before? And how can I fix it? Currently, telcocard is the only way for me to recharge, i cant use other methods.
