I will recharge 2000 ignots next month, and want to get jonin medal. Should I start play on new server with new account or get medal on my old account ( server has 100days, I have 81 level I am 14 in power ranking on server)

In my opinion it depends on which strong meta ninja's you have at the moment. For example if you have ninja's such as shark kisame, earth grudge kakuzu, minato, masked man, shisui, roshi etc... then you probably shouldn't go to another server, but it's all your choice of course.
