As in your username? Started back in Dec 2016 and I got 2 for free. I believe the 1st one everyone gets if they level and for the 2nd one, I can't remember the reason why we received it but do remember it was sent via mail (thinking it was due to an incident)

Still have my 2 free ones, started during Fall of 2016. First one was from a server merge gift. 2nd one was the beginning of this year, I think it was due either to a bug or maybe it was Chinese new year gift? I can't quite remember. They aren't that common. So you are better off just buying it for 375 coupons, unless you think you'll get merged soon.

I think we received 3 rename cards in total. The first was for leveling up (i think it was 70), the second for NO first anniversary and the last for Naruto's birthday a few months ago.

I would say try to wait for this july, for the 2nd anniversary.
