It doesn't matter which item you do. You get the same bonus (which could vary depending on your purifications).

level up the item where you have the best purifications.

Since you have the armor, go for blade or helmet depending what you lack stat-wise. If you have good purify on your blade at critical then go for it.

Always helmets first if you can for the init boost. Otherwise if you are sorely lacking in one area then go for that. For instance if you have very low resistance magas, maybe you want to do necklace instead.

There is no difference between which item should be upgraded first, if not for the extra stats given by purifications.
