No.

Stats are always the same whatever your BP is. Same as the stat / power indicator.

I wonder if the stat increase could depend from the ninja you have: since these are "base attributes" i wonder if they are calculated as base stat. This would mean that they get enhanced by mood (up to 65% more) and stars (up to 25% more), for a total of +90%. Unfortunately, you can't take out your clothing to test it.

Or maybe, people just have forgotten which was the exact number (like i did, lol).

i made a mistake, i thought it was another cloth (didn't know how it appeared on Breeze Dancer). that one gave me over 2900 at the time (sorry).
