So i'm using Neiji and the 20% of standard attack evasion does that not work for puppet masters and clones? also it's so random I have him in the front and his ability says "Significantly increase own evasion rate" if he still gets hit by every single normal attack thats not really that Significant is it? also what's the ratio on that does it go up 5%? 10%? 20%? because sometimes he's godlike and blocks every single attack then other times he's like nah i don't feel like doing my job right now. is there anyway too increase that with some type of stat at all?

first question: yes, evasion does not work for puppet masters and clones.
second question: IDK
without knowing the answer for the second question, the rest can't be answered..

i think there is no way of increasing the evasion stats in the game.

Standard attack evasion rate won't work with Ninjas that has a passive skill of converting a standard attack to a taijutsu skill.

well, significantly increasing in evasion doesn't mean the rate is 100%. Maybe you were unlucky . Like when he increases his evasion rate like from 20%-40% perhaps, it still doesn't mean that it will be a guaranteed dodge, you may get the 60% of getting hit

i may be wrong, but i think high refinement may negate some of the evasion, so that explain why sometimes when u fight against strong player,, they seem to be able to ignoe the evasion

I see thank's for the info, I'll wait till the right month to get great ninja war neiji he seems like he would be better. I mostly like the fact he can Interrupt while being a vanguard just the unpredictability of his evasion makes it hard to use him at times.

If it makes you feel better, Hinata evades 0% of the time when I interrupt her.

Well Hinata at least increases her defense and resistance at low health. Hinata overall being better than Neji annoys the hell out of me. They dropped the boll with Neji bad. This post was last edited by Tezu at 2016-9-1 10:22
