I'm kind of stuck and don't know weather or not I should take my runes from position 2 (almost all level 7) and beset them into my position 1 runes stones (also level 7) in order to get them all to level 8 and increase my position 1 stats.

If you want to pvp, the more stats you have on move1 the better. Just dont leave your 2nd pos without any runes at all, split some from move 3/4 and beset them to move2 to compensate.

I only removed my pos 3 and 4 ini runes and dumped them all to my pos 1. I left my pos 2 untouched.

I mainly focused on Pos 1 and then Pos 2 when i have extra bits and pieces left from pos 1.

ie. during events such as Cave Keys, Charm rebate. when pos 1 item(s) completed a level whatever left i dumped on pos 2.

That means my pos 2 will slowly raise its status, meanwhile my pos 1 is priority.
