1＃ Go ToIt has been pointed out that different rewards were given out between the East Coast Servers (which received exp, coins, and arena points)
while the west coast servers received 1 Seal Scroll, 2 adv. refine runes, magatamas and coins. Is there any particular reason for this discrepancy? Also, I am showing screenshots that it appears we are missing compensation?? The emails are listed as 1/3, and 3/3.....so we didn't get the one titled 2/3??
If you could clarify, I would appreciate it. Thanks.
(this has also been addressed in Bugs and Reports, but I would like a response/discussion about this. Thank you.

These are the rewards that I got from the West Coast:
Probably the main reason they split the rewards was due to the times of the DC problem, the NY side had more problems during GNW while LA had it during Sage (I may be wrong, this is just ba
sed off the explanation they gave). Also you can see from the picture that the LA servers got the (2/3) Package -

They still shouldn't differentiate like that. I mean, would it be so wrong to just compensate everyone a seal scroll and adv runes? I know of groupmates that had this happen during plundering and lost rewards due to this.
Lets also not forget the fact that this was an ongoing issue for 3-4 days, not just one day in one timeslot.

I wouldn't think it would have anything to do with Sage considering east coast also missed it? Unless you specifically mean on sunday? Since the problem happened multiple days we'd miss the same events, yeah?
I don't know about west coast but east coast did receive sage compensation from thursday's and it wasn't the same either. Making us miss out on the monthly reward as well :/

Hi!! Not to worry, we are here to help =p Sorry for the confusion, the compensation is the same for everyone. Our ninjas are working hard in bringing the compensation to each one of you. Some of you receive some of the mail sooner but everyone will receive the same compensation as soon as possible <3
