It might have been nerfed but it's not as bad as you think it is. 3 seal scrolls for 100 coupons is pretty good for me. Gets me closer to my SR in GNW treasure.

Finally got my Shisui after doing 50 pulls today so I'm happy. Got to test him in SWB today and luckily, I was not in the whale's bracket and got drafted to the bracket below the whale bracket where there are only like 6 100K+ players. He really is a game changer.
