30 keys, 10 itachi fragments, 2 shisui fragments and 2 seal scrolls. Not bad for only 100 coupons and the free keys.

So far spent 70 keys and got in total 6 Shisui fragments, 2 Kushina and 20 Itachi.

Compared to last time 160 keys: 6 Kisame, 15 Guy and 50 Kakashi.

The rates seem fine to me. The only nerf I see is giving out 5 fragments instead of 10 which is understandable, since getting Kakashi was too easy with the last event.
