I was waiting to draw my super rare summon and just buy the other one but if it takes 28 months then i'll pass. I can't wait that long. Idk if I'm still around the Naruto online community by that time.

Takes way less than 28 months. consider you do rebates every month for 80-100 scrolls tier after a certain point. You hit 2k, very likely, around your 16-18th month of playing.

I play s20, and i got mine yesterday, i have never pulled summon scrolls on rebate and only 2 seeks ago got 100 summon when konan was 1st time in game

So if u are simular server maybe u are around 100 far from it

I already bought KoH yesterday. Now saving up for Kirin. Already have 37 frags of Kirin thanks to the previous Lucky Board drops. 28 months is hell way too long.

You should easily be able to get 100 scrolls per month if you spend occasionally on lucky star wheel or lucky board. That, together with free pulls(100, 25 rebate, 30 free) should give little over 13 months instead of 28. You need to be really active and only use those scrolls during rebates though. After you finish medium refining it goes even faster, since you redeem scrolls instead of refines in monthly.

15 months of playing here and i still didn't get my super rare, but for the first 5-6 months i basically never took advantage of summon rebates. on a rough calculation i'm around 1800 rolls in it.

I've been playing for 15 months also. Our server started mid February 2017. I also did not took advantage of Summon Rebates as well and idk how much summon scrolls I have used in total. I already have all gold summons and got countless duplicates from them. If I get a dupe SR summon then i'll just use those summon points for summon runes. I'm still a long way from finishing med refines. Still got 2 ninjas with lvl5 refines on all 5 equipment. I only got 399 med ref and adv ref runes combined so I'm skipping this week's refinement rebate. Btw, off topic, how much charm materials do I need to take advantage of the charm rebate? 89 charm mats? TIA!

The question for you is: do you actually need that summon because without it your op team does not work? Then do not wait and buy it, but if you do not need it (are not actually many the teams that strictly require koh or kirin to work fine) then you may just wait for the first super rare to come and buy the other one with points while, in the meanwhile, you hoard 4-5k summon cultivation runes. If you do so you lose zero power.
