hey im just trying to get help with my account it says "Dear player, the ammount of your refund is too high.You can try to enter the game again after you reduce your refund. But if your refund is still too high, you'll not get to play the game!" then after it give me a choice to refund now or later i try to fix the situation but it sends me to another page that says "

Removed: UID ~ for safety reasons ~ Tobei

The system has detected one or several disputed orders. Please wait for the result!

I dont know what to do can anyone give me any help or advise because i never tried to refund any think with naruto online.... i am a big spender and i would hate to see my account locked away or cant recharge anymore due do to this... like come on i have both MADARA AND KURAMA MODE NARUTO and im so close to getting sage hashirama please someone help me

Hey


If you're receiving a Refund Clause, it means there's a disputed refund case on your account.

Simply put, you'll need to send in a ticket through Support on the client/browser and relate the issue at hand.

However to help you in advance. Please do check your statement/bank or payment to confirm if there's any refund in-progress. That way it speeds up the case.

You'll be requested to cancel the refund and repay the amount due.


Of course, you'll know the transaction after our Support provides the details or you find it through your statements.
