EVERYONE NEEDS TO KNOW!!!!
I have first opened a ticket in which I explained how i spun the lucky wheel(the one that costs 10 ingots) and did not recieve any rewards but lost 10 ingots, THIS HAPPENED ON 04/21/2018
After a couple of days they said they will investigate and refound me.
1 week passes, nothing happens, i reply to them saying that I am still waiting, they reply back saying that they need higher aproval and it should be over soon, another week passes, nothing happens, they close the ticket( UNDERSTAND THAT I DID NOT RECIEVE ANYTHING, NOT EVEN AN ANSWER)
I open another ticket because the previous they mark as "Solved", THEY ALSO SAY THEY WILL MAKE IT RIGHT AGAIN, 5 DAYS PASS, NO REPLY.
KEEP IN MIND FELLAS, THIS IS OASIS YOU ARE DEALING WITH, YOU HAVE A BUG AND GET BITTEN BY IT, THEY JUST HOPE YOU FORGET ABOUT YOUR INGOTS/CUPONS AND DON'T GIVE A * RAT'S ASS!!!
