Hokage Minato is better for Bonds/GNW if you click on tagged unit when using Mystery, might work very well with Angel Konan also. Has a chance to interrupt alot of people. He is also more defensive with 40% res to all, but that can get dispelled very quick, it's not a permanent buff. IMO, he scales better than Jonin but the lack of chase is a big problem vs some teams because you won't be able to pull enough damage to target & kill one unit (usually a healer in the back), then you have to wait 2 rounds for your next chance.

Jonin Minato is better for 1 team vs 1 team PvP. Together with Masked Man you have immobile chase even if you have lower initiative, because they both dodge. Because of the high combo, you might end up one shotting someone in 1 full combo from mystery. When bonds arrive he will do more damage + paralysis. The mystery every round is situational though, if they put Han or Dodge ninja in front of you, you won't get it, but at least he doesn't rely on tag for damaging mystery.

Oh lol, didn't read everything either. But yea, then Hokage Minato's 40% res buff becomes permanent until he dies I believe. But he's still gonna be a Bond/GNW ninja, Minato Jonin being way more blitzy and useful for PvP, even if the bond mystery paralysis is just for 1 round.
